¶ 1. DEININGER, J.

Theodore Krawczyk appeals a judgment of conviction entered after he pled guilty to felony murder. He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion to withdraw his plea. Krawczyk claims that he did not enter his plea knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily because he was not informed that: (1) a conviction for felony murder requires proof that "his own conduct was a substantial factor in the death"; (2) he could not be convicted...
