This is an appeal and cross-appeal in a wrongful discharge case arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 ("FMLA") (29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.) and the Tennessee Handicap Act ("THA") (Tenn.Code Ann. § 8-50-103).
