On March 1, 1999, defendant was charged with the January 21, 1999 unauthorized use of an access device, with the intent to defraud, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:70.41. She was arraigned on March 8, 1999 and entered a not guilty plea. Discovery motions were filed on May 21, 1999 and discovery was satisfied on July 13, 1999.
