Eleanor Sammons ("Sammons" or "Eleanor Sammons") appeals an order denying her motion to vacate selected portions of the dissolution decree that terminated the marriage of her son, Douglas Sammons ("Douglas Sammons") and his wife, respondent, Jennifer Sartwell. Specifically, Eleanor Sammons challenges those provisions of the decree that impose a constructive trust in favor of Sartwell upon certain properties...
