In this appeal from a marriage dissolution decree, Michael McKean challenges the trial court's property division and its order transferring trust property to a corporate trustee. As the trial court considered the relevant statutory factors and did not abuse its discretion in dividing the marital property, we affirm the property division. But we hold that the trial court lacked jurisdiction over the trust property...
