Appealing his convictions for first degree murder and armed robbery, appellant argues that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of collateral crimes, in failing to give an "independent act" instruction, and in failing to grant his motion for judgment of acquittal on the grounds that there was no evidence linking him to the armed robbery nor any evidence of his intent to participate.
