The prosecution appeals by leave granted1 from the April 27, 2001, circuit court holding that a conviction under M.C.L. § 168.932a(e) requires the prosecutor to prove that defendant had a specific criminal intent rather than a general intent. We reverse in part and remand for further proceedings.
