Joseph Benoit was seriously injured in 1995 in a compensable accident while employed by the City of Hollywood. Since that time, he has received workers' compensation benefits, including treatment by Paul Wand, M.D., and services provided by the Biscayne Institute and its director, Dr. Marie DiCowden.
