Michael Clarke appeals from an order increasing the child support obligation for his three children from $956 to $1,537 per month. Michael claims that the commissioner committed two errors during the modification hearing. First, he claims error in the court's ruling that Wendy Clarke was not voluntarily underemployed when she reduced her hours by 20 percent.
