A Cobb County jury convicted Gregory Stephen Damare of four counts of child molestation, OCGA § 16-6-4(a).1 He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial, contending the trial court erred in refusing to charge the jury on lesser included offenses, in admitting evidence of similar transactions, and in failing to merge certain convictions for sentencing.
