This is an appeal from a summary judgment order regarding three consolidated cases. Thomas J. Shewczyk and Dorothy C. Shewczyk appeal the circuit court's order enjoining them from violating a conditional use permit (CUP) issued by the Town of Cedarburg (Town) and granting forfeiture relief for each day in violation, upholding the Town's denial of their zoning permit application and upholding the Town's decision to defer the Shewczyks' Notice...
