Ernie and Susan Lessard appeal a judgment upholding a decision of the Burnett County Board of Adjustment granting the Lessards a conditional use permit to expand their campground from twenty-one to forty-four units, upon the condition that six preexisting sites located near the lake be phased out over five years.
