This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Defendants Nabisco, Inc. ("Nabisco")1 and Philip Mancini ("Mancini") (collectively, "Defendants") for summary judgment as to each of Plaintiff Gene Watkins' ("Watkins" or "Plaintiff") five claims.
