This matter is before the Court on the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Ohio Public Policy Claim, filed with the Court on July 26, 2001. On August 8, 2001, the Plaintiff filed a Motion to Certify to the Ohio Supreme Court the question of whether the Plaintiff's public policy claim should be dismissed.
