Plaintiffs Robert Watson Sr., Dennis Stetler, Albert P. Blossom, Debra Woodworth, Ronald R. Homminga, Jackie Henry and Heather Christie, former employees of MIHI, brought this action pursuant to the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act...
