Plaintiffs, owners and operators of a retail automobile and truck dealership, allege that for the better part of 10 years, beginning in 1989 or 1990, defendant Spadaccia-Ryan-Haas, Inc. (hereinafter defendant) acted as their insurance agent and broker in placing various policies of property insurance.
