¶ 1. Anthony Hicks was indicted in the Circuit Court of Holmes County for the murder of Howard Sam Brown. Hicks filed a pre-trial motion to suppress DNA evidence used in the trial of Hicks's codefendant, Jontae Morris. The trial court granted Hicks's motion.
