¶ 1 Defendant John Fisher was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia in the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Yellowstone County. Fisher pled guilty to the charge and reserved the right to appeal the District Court's order that denied Fisher's motion to suppress evidence. The District Court gave Fisher a three year suspended sentence and a $500 fine...
