Jeanette Goetsch appeals a judgment affirming the Labor and Industry Review Commission's unemployment insurance decision that she was not entitled to benefits because Fort James Operating Company terminated her for misconduct. Goetsch argues that (1) the trial court should have taken judicial notice of a related worker's compensation decision, (2) the decision in a specific worker's compensation proceeding should take precedence over the decision...
