¶ 1 The Plaintiff, 1st Bank, brought this action in the District Court for the Seventeenth Judicial District in Valley County for claim and delivery from the defendant, Robert Winderl. 1st Bank sought return of a tractor and damages for its wrongful detention. Winderl moved to dismiss the claims and that motion was granted. 1st Bank appeals the dismissal of its damage claim. We affirm the order of...
