Ramco Industries, Inc. f/k/a RI Corp. ("Ramco") appeals the Elkhart Superior Court's partial summary judgment in favor of C & E Corporation and J. Edward Ramsey ("Ramsey"), which was certified by the trial court as a final, appealable order. Ramco raises four issues on appeal.
