In April, 2001, federal agents searched a warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky, and seized a large number of firearms. Plaintiffs, two entities affected by the government's actions, correspondingly filed suit against Defendants, twenty one individual agents and the United States, alleging eight causes of action.
