STRINGER, Judge.

Walter Grace seeks review of his judgment and sentence for felony battery. Grace asserts that the trial court erred in excluding the testimony of defense witness Rex Taylor. We agree and reverse.

The State charged Grace with committing aggravated battery by causing great bodily harm against Frank Albert on February 24, 2001. The battery occurred at the Eagle Lodge in Ruskin where Grace and Albert had been drinking. Grace testified that the...
