Ernestine Sellers and Michael S. Parker were charged by Bill of Information filed 12 July 2000 with distribution of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A)(1). The record contains a minute entry of 17 July 2000 bearing Sellers' name and case number, but relating to the arraignment of co-defendant Parker.
