OPINION BY POPOVICH, J.

¶ 1 Henry McNeil, Jr., (Appellant) appeals from the January 23, 2002, order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, dismissing, with prejudice, his Complaint against his sister, Barbara McNeil Jordan, and her husband, Henry A. Jordan (Appellees). Upon review, we affirm.
