OPINION BY TODD, J.

¶ 1 Appellants William W. Yoder and Thomas H. Yoder, executors of the estate of Jean F. Yoder,1 appeal the grant of summary judgment to American Travellers Life Insurance Company, now known as Conseco Senior Health Insurance Company, and Conseco, Inc. (the "Insurers"). We affirm.
