I. INTRODUCTION

Kimberly (Kim) Faulkner raises numerous issues concerning child support, child custody, and property division in her divorce from Steven Goldfuss. We affirm as to most of these issues, including child custody. But because it was error to disallow Kim a deduction for the depreciation of several rental properties, to include as gross income child support Kim received for a child from a previous relationship...
