Dorothy Thompson appeals from the trial court's grant of a directed verdict against her on her claim for negligent entrustment. She argues on appeal that (1) the trial court erred in granting defendant Leon Whitfield a directed verdict since the circumstantial evidence at trial revealed that Whitfield gave James Ledbetter, an incompetent driver, permission to drive his truck, and (2) the trial court erred by sustaining Whitfield's objection to Thompson...
