The plaintiff's in this litigation appeal the grant of a summary judgment by the trial court dismissing their suit. The defendants have answered the appeal, asserting that the trial court erred in not finding that the plaintiffs' claims had prescribed. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment, reject the defendants' appeal, and remand the matter for further proceedings.
