James Ferge ("Ferge") was convicted of patronizing a prostitute,1 as a Class A misdemeanor, in Marion Superior Court. He was sentenced to serve one year in the Marion County Jail and was given credit time of four days. The remaining 361 days were suspended, and Ferge was placed on probation for 180 days.
