LITTLE, District Judge.

Before the court are the defendants' motions for summary judgment [Doc. Nos. 39, 42, 45, and 48] filed under Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. For the reasons explained below, these four motions for summary judgment are GRANTED.
