Debtor/appellant David Charles Raffel appeals from an order of the bankruptcy court granting plaintiff Car Color & Supply, Inc.'s motion for summary judgment in an adversary proceeding filed to determine the dischargeability of a debt. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the order of the bankruptcy court.1
