In this Title VII case, we apply the familiar burden-shifting standards of McDonnell Douglas v. Green, 411 U.S. 792, 93 S.Ct. 1817, 36 L.Ed.2d 668 (1973) to plaintiff Tony Brummett's claim of racial discrimination by former employer Decatur Herald and Review ("the Herald"). The district court granted summary judgment to the Herald, finding that Brummett failed to make out a prima facie case of discrimination...
