("Smith") for personal injuries suffered by Della in a motor vehicle accident which occurred when a vehicle driven by Langham struck the Yerbys' vehicle from behind. On April 29, 1998, the Yerbys filed an amended complaint adding Healthcare Recoveries, Inc. ("HR, Inc.") of Louisville, Kentucky...
