Plaintiff, Robert W. Hudson, appeals a judgment of the trial court sustaining Defendant's, the Jackson Parish School Board's, exception of prescription. Mr. Hudson, a former employee of the Jackson Parish School Board, filed suit seeking payment of accrued annual leave more than ten years after his voluntary separation from employment and six years after his retirement from the Louisiana Teacher's Retirement System.
