Oscar Glenn Goodhand ("father") appeals from the decision of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County allowing his former wife, Dawnie Kildoo ("mother"), to relocate to Arizona with the parties' minor child. Father contends the trial court erred in weighing the factors necessary to determine whether the relocation was in the child's best interests, and in failing to appropriately consider the harmful impact on the child which would be caused by the relocation...
