Frank Charles Bickel appeals from a post-decree order of the Fayette Circuit Court which denied his motion to terminate his maintenance obligation to his former wife, Barbara Alene Bickel (now Isaac). He argues that the trial court improperly equated his retirement at age sixty-five with voluntary unemployment. While we agree that such a retirement should not be considered voluntary...
