In these consolidated direct criminal appeals, Oscar Ramires, Fidel Chaidez, and Romel Velarde ("appellants") challenge the district court's1 denial of their motion to suppress evidence seized from an apartment they were visiting. Ramires and Chaidez, who were detained by police while leaving the apartment, additionally challenge the district court's denial of their motion to suppress the fruits of their arrests.<...
