Defendant was sentenced to a prison term of 4½ to 13½ years after pleading guilty to the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree in full satisfaction of a four-count indictment. He contends on this appeal that the sentence was unduly harsh and excessive in view of his youth (22 years of age at the time of sentencing) and his lack of a prior criminal record. We disagree.
