Horsley-Layman and Jeremy Roy Layman appeal from the trial court's dismissal of their medical malpractice lawsuit due to their failure to provide expert reports that meet the requirements of article 4590i, section 13.01(d) of the Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act.
