William Rouse appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion to vacate the portion of his sentence ordering him to pay restitution to Wisconsin Community Bank. Rouse argues that the court was without authority to order the restitution because it was based, in part, on the time that the bank's salaried employees spent assisting police in researching Rouse's crime, and therefore, the bank did not demonstrate that it paid out any additional...
