Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of assault in the first degree for the May 1, 1995 shootings of Regina Monell and Robert Temple in the vicinity of the TC Club on Swan Street in the City of Albany. Defendant was also convicted of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. County Court sentenced defendant to consecutive indeterminate terms of 5 to 15 years' imprisonment...
