These four consolidated appeals arose out of an accident in which roofers Mark Schaefer and Wayne Rothgeb, employees of Schaefer and Sons Roofing, Inc. ("Schaefer Roofing"), were injured when a scaffolding platform rented from Spider Staging Corporation ("Spider Staging") collapsed.
