Randy Lee Vanhorn appeals the judgment and sentence entered following his jury trial on charges of mail fraud and money laundering. Vanhorn also challenges the district court's order finding that it lacked jurisdiction to address his request for modification of the restitution order. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
