Ruth Dodge-Farrar appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment to American Cleaning Services Company, Inc. on Dodge-Farrar's negligence claim. We affirm that portion of the summary judgment that is based on the absence of expert opinion testimony to establish causation of a permanent physical deformity to Dodge-Farrar's ankle.
