Appellant challenges his conviction and sentence for third-degree assault. Appellant contends that the district court (1) committed plain error by instructing the jury that appellant had a duty to retreat when the assault occurred inside his home and (2) erred by ordering appellant to pay restitution for the victim's lost wages without proving that the victim would have been employed on those days.
