MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

James Linkous pled guilty to a charge of possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A)(viii) (2000), and was sentenced by the district court1 to 168 months. He appeals from the denial of his motion to suppress evidence which he alleges was obtained through an illegal search and seizure. We affirm.
