Segal, in his capacity as the personal representative of the estate of his aunt, Mrs. Helen Segal, appeals the Order of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, sitting as the Orphans' Court, pertaining to the distribution of assets from Mrs. Segal's estate. Appellant presents the following question in this appeal, which we have re-phrased for clarity:
