SCHROEDER, Justice.

Eric Evensiosky (Evensiosky) appeals the district court's order summarily dismissing his petition for post-conviction relief. The Court of Appeals reversed the district court and remanded the case for further proceedings. This Court granted the state's petition for review. The decision of the district court is affirmed.
