MEMORANDUM, OPINION AND ORDER

ANDERSEN, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on the petition of Hafis Haqq for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. For the following reasons, we deny the petition for habeas corpus.
